Mubarak receives Saudi FM

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak received on Saturday Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal, currently visiting Egypt. Maher denied that Mubarak has discussed with Faisal the idea of holding an emergency Arab summit that was floated by some Arab states.
Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher attended the meeting.
Faisal took part in the emergency meeting of the Arab League Council held at foreign ministers' level Saturday to study ways to support the Palestinian people, bring about Israel's withdrawal from Palestinian territories and lift the siege imposed on Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
