Bahrain's prime minister arrives in Damascus

At the invitation of the Syrian prime minister Muhammad Mustafa Miro, the prime minister in the Kingdom of Bahrain Sheikh Khaleifa Bin Salman al-Khaleifa will arrive in Damascus tomorrow on top of an official delegation in a visit to Syria during which he will preside over the Bahraini side to the meetings of the Syrian- Bahraini joint higher committee which will be held in Damascus on April 7 and 8th.
Sheikh Khaleifa Bin Salman will hold talks with the Syrian officials aiming at strengthening relations between the two states in various areas and to discuss latest developments in the region.
Worthy mentioning that the agenda of the joint higher committee includes several draft agreements and proposed programs to be signed. These include a draft cooperation agreement in the health field and cooperation in the areas telecommunications, information technology, cultural area, scientific and technical area for standards and specifications and quality control and in social affairs and labor, building up and construction and in the area of agriculture and agrarian reform.
