Israel kills church worker near Jesus's birth place

"A mentally impaired Palestinian (Samir Salman) who has worked in the Church of the Nativity since 1985, cleaning, ringing the bells and collecting candlesticks, Salman wandered outside (the besieged church) today, oblivious to the danger. Apparently he did not understand the Israeli soldiers' orders to halt, a priest inside recounted, so they shot him dead." The Washington Post reported today about the Israeli besieged church -- where Jesus is believed to have been born.
