Telephone call between crown prince Abdullah, Colin Powell

The Saudi news agency said on Thursday that the Saudi crown prince on Thursday discussed in a telephone call with the American secretary of state Colin Powell "the developments of deteriorated conditions in the Palestinian territories."
The agency added that crown prince Abdullah and Powell discussed the developments of deteriorated conditions in the Palestinian territories as a result of the incursion of the Israeli forces in these territories, Israel's occupation of the Palestinian cities and imposing siege on the Palestinian leadership and unarmed people. Since Sunday, the Saudi Arabia's crown prince is on a private visit to Morocco.
The Saudi crown prince discussed the tension in the Palestinian territories in a telephone call on Tuesday with the UN secretary general Kofi Annan.
During the Beirut's recent Arab summit, the Saudi crown prince proposed a peace plan adopted by the Arab summit. In his initiative the Saudi crown prince proposed " normal" relations with Israel for its withdrawal from all Arab territories occupied since June 1967.
