Hizbullah strikes Israeli positions in Shebaa

Eye witnesses said that the Hizbullah party bombarded Israeli positions in Shebaa farms. The witnesses added that the Lebanese Hizbullah party launched an attack at the positions of the Israeli army in Rweisat al-Alam, al-Sammaqa and Ramtha in Shebaa area, using missiles and mortars. No casualties were reported in the lines of the Israelis.

Meantime, identical sources said on Wednesday that the Lebanese army on Wednesday held in custody two Palestinians because they fired anti- tank shells at north Israel as from Lebanon.

Lebanese security sources said that the two men whose identity was not disclosed on Sunday evening fired "RB J. 7" shell at North Israel from the surrounding of the Lebanese Ramya town in the western sector of the border between the two sides.

A Palestinian official in Lebanon confirmed the news of arresting the two men noting that they are from Ein al-Helweh camp for the Palestinian refugee which is situated near Sidon, 40 Km to the central sector of the borders. The shelling targeted Kreyat Shemona settlement in the north of Israel.

Meantime, in a statement, the Hizbullah party announced the death of one of its members while "carrying out a Jihad duty " the statement did not indicate on how and when the " martyr of the Islamic resistance Mujahid Mahmoud Qasem Younis died." Younis will be buried in his town Breital, the Bekaa plain, according to the same statement.
