The secretary of the executive committee of the PLO Mahmoud Abbas has denied any contacts at the meantime with the Israeli side concerning conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories.
In statements he made on Wednesday, the radio quoted Abbas as saying that the Palestinian leadership is frozen because most of its political and security officials are hidden or besieged in their houses by the Israeli occupation forces.
