Moussa warns against expelling Arafat

Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa said undermining Palestinian President Yasser Arafat or expelling him out of Palestine would have very serious consequences
He stressed that Arafat should stay in the Palestinian territories and expelling him would trigger a similar action.
Moussa stressed wrath and frustration despite the fact that all Arab welcomed Arafat.
Moussa declined to comment on statements made by Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh calling on countries that have ties with Israel to sever them.
He added that the European troika delegation that he met earlier reiterated support to the Arab states.
On his part, Kuwaiti delegate to Arab League Khalid AL-kulib reiterated support to Arafat and the Palestinians as well as the condemnation of all terrorist acts of Israeli premier Ariel Sharon and the Israeli army.
