New Boeing 737-800 delivered to Moroccan carrier

Moroccan carrier "Royal Air Maroc" took delivery of a new Boeing 737-800 ordered as part of its mid-range fleet plan for 1996-2002 which included nine aircraft of the same type.
Boeing and RAM have had a business relationship since 1970, when RAM took delivery of a 727-200. The carrier currently operates a fleet of 32 Boeing airplanes. Royal Air Maroc, based in Casablanca, operates scheduled domestic and international flights to destinations in Africa, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
