Egypt summons US, Russian and EU ambassadors

Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher yesterday summoned the ambassadors of the United States, Russia and EU for discussing the developments and the Israeli attack against the Palestinian President's headquarters.180

Maher also telephoned UN Secretary General Kofi Annan to post him with the latest developments and the need for the UN interference to halt the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.

Maher also made contacts and consultations with a number of world Foreign Ministers for discussing the deteriorating situation and the flagrant Israeli aggression on Palestinians.

Ambassadors sent a message to French Foreign Minister Hubert Vedrine calling for the French and European interference for saving the Palestinian President and people in Ramallah.
