Saudi Arabia built secret missiles base

The Israeli daily Yadhout Ahronot said on Wednesday quoting a document it described as exclusive that Saudi Arabia has built a huge secret base for ground-to-ground missiles at an area of 1400 square kilometers in the heart of the desert.
The paper said that the photos was taken by the satellite "Econos " just two weeks before for the paper.
The Israeli paper added that the missiles base is situated in the area of al-Saleel Oases, 500 Km to the south of al-Riyadh and includes fortified warehouses and Chinese missiles batteries of CSS 2 type of a range estimated between 2500- 3500 Km and that the first of its samples were handed to Saudi Arabia by the beginning of June 1990.
