Qatar's prime minister takes part in the Beirut 's Arab summit

A statement released by the Emir's court in Doha said that the ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani will not take part in the Arab summit and will be represented by his prime minister Sheikh Abdullah Bin Khaleifa al-Thani.
The Qatari news agency said that Sheikh Abdullah will head today afternoon to Lebanon to president over Qatar's delegation to the 14th Arab summit conference to be held in Beirut on March 27 and 28.
