Iraq implemented all Security Council resolutions
Iraq-USA, Politics, 3/23/2002

Speaker of Iraqi National Assembly Saadoun Hammadi delivered a speech in the 107th session of the International Parliamentary Conference held currently in the city of Marrakech in Morocco.

Hammadi said that "Iraq implemented all the Security Council resolutions. Reports issued by the Special Commission affirmed that they did not find any banned weapon or breach in Iraq. Instead of thanking Iraq for its cooperation with inspectors and lifting embargo, the inspectors left Iraq according to American's demand to let the United States and Britain launch aggression on Iraq on February 1998 as it was happened in 1991" INA reported today.

It was proved that the inspectors had practiced spy acts in Iraq and this was admitted by the Secretary General of the United Nations in February 1999 when he said "UNSCOM had practiced spy acts in Iraq," INA reported.
