One Palestinian blows off himself at a check-point near Jenin

After less than 24 hours of listing the name of al-Aqsa martyrs groups (Kata'eb Shuhadaa al-Aqsa ) -- which is close to the Fatah movement -- on the US "terrorism list," a Palestinian fighter from the said group detonated himself on Friday at a check point for the Israeli army near Jenin and this resulted in killing the attacker and wounding of one Israeli army officer.

The Groups ( al-Aqsa groups) on Friday stressed continued resistance against the Israeli occupation and considered the American decision as "an order of merit" for it.

This operation, however, is the third since last Wednesday when a Palestinian blew off himself in an Israeli coach in Um al-Fahem and killed as a result 7 Israelis and wounded other tens. On Thursday, another Palestinian blew off himself and the result was that three Israeli were killed and 60 wounded.

An unidentified spokesman said he is speaking on behalf of al-Aqsa martyrs group which is close to the Fatah movement is responsible for the operation. In a statement, he said that his group launched the operation "in revenge of killing two Palestinians by the Israeli army bullets." Meantime, the Israeli army on Friday arrested a local official at the Fatah movement in a village near Bethlehem, according to a Palestinian security source. Ramzi Saleh ( 28 year old) the official for Fatah at the al-Khuder village to the east of Bethlehem was arrested at his house, according to the same source which gave no other details.

On the other hand, one Palestinian was killed by the bullets of the Israeli army near Kitsovim settlement in Gaza. Palestinian security and medical sources said that two Palestinians were wounded by the Israeli army during confrontation erupted upon an Israeli incursion in Brazil's quarters in Rafah to the south of Gaza.

One eye witness said that several Palestinian houses were damaged as a result of the Israeli artillery bombardment and the heavy machine guns fire."
