The US said that it will condition future international aid based on results saying the current aid of $10 billion a year will become $15 billion a year, a 50 percent increase. "We're going to work our way up beginning in fiscal year 2004, looking at a rate of spending of $1.6 or $1.7 billion on top of where we are now. In our fiscal year 2005, we're looking at 3.3 billion dollars and then the full 5 billion dollars beginning in '06 and then going forward from there," a US official said. Go
