Eye surgery for Kuwait's ruler

The Emir's divan ( court) in Kuwait on Thursday announced that the ruler of Kuwaiti Sheikh Jaber al-Sabah left hospital after he underwent successful eye surgery to remove "White water."
The last appearance for Sheikh Jaber was during the visit of the US Vice President Dick Cheney to Kuwait last Monday within a tour during which he had visited 11 Middle East states.
