Saudi support for Yemen

The Saudi King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz has stressed that the support given by Saudi Arabia to Yemen to join the Arab education office of the Gulf states is but a duty necessitated by ties of fraternity and neighborhood.
The Saudi King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz informed the Yemeni minister of education Fadel Ali Abu Ghanem during his meeting with him that Saudi Arabia will spare no efforts to support Yemen so as to attain its progress and prosperity.
The Saudi news agency said that the Yemeni official conveyed to King Fahd greetings and appreciation of the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh together with his thanks for the Saudi support given to Yemen to joining the Arab education office of the Arab states, the Yemeni flag was hoisted at the headquarters of the office in al-Riyadh.
