Continued Israeli siege and threats, Palestinian operation kill 7 soldiers, wound 35

A Palestinian resistance man carried out a suicide operation in an Israeli coach near Bjeido settlement, close to Bethlehem to the north of Tel Aviv resulted in killing 7 Israeli soldiers and wounding other 35 soldiers including 6 in a critical health condition. The executor of the operation also died.
A spokesman for the Islamic Jihad movement which adopted the operation said that the executor of the operation, Shadi Abu Deyak ( 20 year old) from Sella to the north of the West Bank, while an Israeli military spokesman said that the executor of the operation got into the coach which was in its way from Tel Aviv to al-Nasera and detonated himself inside it.
Two Palestinian resistance men ambushed an Israeli Jeep carrying Israeli soldiers near Eaazer village to the southern west of Jerusalem and exchanged fore with them and this resulted in wounding the two Israeli soldiers and the killing of the resistance men, while an explosion was detonated in an Israeli position in Rafah. No news were reported about the incident because of the Israeli siege on the area.
The Israeli forces, despite the Israeli claims that it had withdrawn from the Palestinian area, continued aggressions against the unarmed Palestinians. The Israeli forces launched a campaign of breaking in operations in the Palestinian villages in Toulkarem and al-Khalil areas and the Israeli forces threw gas bombs at a girl school in al-Khalil in al-Shallah quarters and this resulted in the collapse of nine of the girls. The Israeli forces opened fire at a Palestinian demonstration and this resulted in wounding 6 Palestinians.
Meantime, the US envoy Anthony Zinni met on Wednesday in Ramullah with the chairman of the Palestinian authority Yasser Arafat together with heads of security departments in order to discuss latest developments in preparations to convene the meeting of the higher security committee.
On the other hand, the Palestinian authority called on the UN Security Council to shoulder its responsibility in drawing the mechanism that makes it obligatory for Israel to implement UN resolutions and ensure international protection for the Palestinian people.
In a statement, the Palestinian Authority said that the government of Sharon continues imposing the military siege and repression and acts of terrorism in all Palestinian municipalities, villages and towns.
