Al-Qaddafi discusses African issues with Lesotho counterpart

Libyan President Muaammar al-Qaddafi on Tuesday in a telephone call discussed with President of Lesotho Kingdom several African issues, foremost being means of strengthening the African federation and building its establishments and institutions.
The two heads of states also reviewed bilateral relations and regional and international issues of mutual concern.
