Israeli traders boycott European Union goods
Israel-European Union, Economics, 3/20/2002

The Israeli chamber of commerce has decided to boycott the goods produced by the European Union EU member states, in protest of what it called the bias of these countries to the Arab states.

The Hebrew language Israeli radio said that the administration of the chambers of commerce organization asked all Israeli traders to boycott the European products and stop any trade deals, whatsoever if the goods are of a European production.

The chairman of the Israeli chambers of commerce federation Abraham Bronbaom said that his organization recommended the Israeli traders to commercially deal with products of Israeli and American origin and to halt any trade activities with other sides, and this include the European states.
