Israeli- Palestinian security meeting held in Jerusalem

An Israeli source in Jerusalem said that an Israeli- Palestinian security meeting was held in Jerusalem with the participation of the US.
The source added that the meeting dealt with means of maintaining cease-fire between the Israelis and the Palestinian and the implementation of the Mitchell Report and the withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Palestinian territories it occupied.
The source said that Israel set a precondition on the Palestinian side during the meeting that the Palestinian security department will be responsible for preventing operations against the Israeli army so as to be able to pullout from the Palestinian areas it occupied recently.
