Arafat confers with Moratinos

The chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat on Monday in Ramullah met with the European ME special envoy Angel Moratinos.
Arafat's meeting with Moratinos falls in the context of the intensive talks the American envoy Anthony Zinni is making since his arrival on Thursday in order to reach a cease fire in the occupied Palestinian territories.
