American warning to Lebanon

Diplomatic sources in Beirut on Saturday said that the US ambassador in Beirut Vincent Battle conveyed to the Lebanese sides concerned a message of warning following what was stated by Israel that persons who executed Shaloumi operation in North Israel on Tuesday sneaked from Lebanon.

The BBC correspondent in Beirut said in a report on Tuesday that according to the diplomatic news the American message of warning had the American signature and was not a message from Israel to Lebanon as Battle informed the sides concerned in Beirut an American position which considered what took place as a very grave indication.
