Morocco in Dublin World Cross Country World Championship

Morocco will vie for the world Cross Country championship, to be held March 23-24 in Dublin, Ireland.
Morocco will be represented by four teams. The newly constituted women's long cross team, led by 14th Mediterranean Games champion of 10,000, Asmae Laghzaoui, Men's short cross junior team, led by Brahim Boulami. Atef Ajebli, winner of France cross country championship will be at the head of men's junior team. Women's junior team will consist of one athlete, school cross country world champion, Morocco's junior champion, Meriem Alaoui Selsouli.
The latest edition of the championship was organized in the Belgian city of Ostende instead of Dublin, since all sports fixtures in Ireland were cancelled due to foot-and-mouth disease.
