Sharon commits a series of brutal massacres, 50 Palestinians killed, hundreds wounded

Another bloody day in the occupied Palestinian territories in which the Israeli army and armored vehicles committed collective massacres claiming the lives of 50 Palestinians, and hundreds of wounded in the Israeli air, land and sea bombardment of the Palestinian towns, villages and cities.

Palestinian medical sources said that the number of Palestinians who were killed only in Gaza exceeded 25 while the Israeli planes deliberately bombarded the persons who escorted the burial operations of the killed Palestinians. The Israeli soldiers seized the Palestinian ambulances and used them in the breaking in operations.

The Monte Carlo radio correspondent said that 16 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli bombardment at Absan and Khaza near Khan Younis and other four in al-Sudaneyah to the south of Gaza, where the Israeli Naval forces fired three missiles at Palestinian position and buildings while number of persons killed until Friday at dawn in Bethlehem, Aida camp, al-Dheisha and Toulkarem to five as the Israeli soldiers concentrated their fire at the heads and chest of the Palestinian to have more fatal hits among the Palestinians.

On Friday at dawn, the commander of the Palestinian security to the south of Gaza Maj. Ahmad Mufrij and police man Aref Haraz were killed, while policeman Hani Ashour and other three were killed when the Israeli helicopters bombarded the headquarters of the Palestinian police in Gaza.

Among the killed Palestinians were also Samer Younis and the ambulance man Saeed Shalayel, while corespondents said that tens of wounded Palestinians were hit by the Israeli bombardment fire.

In Bethlehem one Palestinian was killed and other 15 wounded in an incursion for the Israeli forces in Aida camp which witnessed strong confrontations between the Palestinians who were defending the camp and the Israeli soldiers.

Palestinian sources said that the Israeli helicopters tried to assassinate Lt. Gen. Abdul Razzaq al-Maheyda, the commander of the Palestinian national security and fired four missiles at the place where he was. Israeli F-16 planes rocketed the general headquarters of the Palestinian police in Bethlehem and destroyed it completely.

In Toulkarem, three Palestinians were killed and more other three were killed in various parts of the West bank. One child was murdered by a shell fired by one Israeli tank in Toulkarem.

The Palestinian doctor Ahmad Nu'man was killed by the fire of an Israeli tank in Bethlehem while Adel Abu Safafa ( 30 year old) and Huda al-Khawaja ( 35 year old) were killed by the fire of the Israeli forces at Aida camp and Toulkarem when the Israeli forces stormed in and opened its fire at the unarmed Palestinians.

The Israeli army stormed by tanks and helicopters Khazaa village and hysterically opened fire at all directions and this resulted in killing three Palestinians from one family. They are the Lt. In the Palestinian security Mousa al-Najjar, Fakhri al-Najjar and Ashraf al-Najjart, while armed settlers broke into Hawara village, destroyed the houses and the properties. One Palestinian died because of his wounds in Salem village near Nablus.

The Israeli forces also reinforced its presence in the territories of 1948 especially in Wadi Ara and inside al-Khdira and al-Afola cities of fears of "suicide operations."

Meantime, five Palestinians were killed on Friday morning in a suicide attack at al-Samouna settlement in "Ghoush Kative" settlements complex in Gaza where the executors was able to enter the settlement and clashed with the Israeli soldiers who were greatly terrified.

In Jenin in the West Bank, one Israeli soldier was wounded when the Palestinians retaliated the Israeli attacks by opening fire at an Israeli patrol.
