More killings in Algeria

Some 12 municipal guards were killed on Tuesday evening in an attack on their barrack carried out by an armed group in Skeikda province to the east of Algiers.
Algerian security sources said that the attackers who numbered 20 gunmen opened mortar shells and bombs at the barrack and then opened fire at it by machine guns before blowing off its main gate.
The sources added that the armed group, before its pullout, took away 20 pieces of weapon and then burned the barrack.
