Qaddafi gets a message from the ruler of Kuwait

The Libyan President Muaammar al-Qaddafi on Tuesday evening in Sert received a message from the ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah. The message was conveyed by the Kuwaiti foreign minister Muhammad al-Salem al-Sabah.
The message pertains to consultations on bilateral relations and inter- Arab issues, especially the situation in the Palestinian territories in light of recent developments in these occupied Palestinian territories.
