Arafat is against operations inside Israel

The chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat on Sunday evening in Ramullah held a meeting with several heads of the Palestinian resistance movement Fatah in the West bank. The Israeli radio quoted one of the participants in the meeting as saying that Arafat expressed his strong rejection to carrying out operations inside Israel.
