Organization of African Unity monitoring team in Comoros

The Organization of African Unity on Thursday evening permitted urgent deployment of a military monitoring team, in Comoros.
News reports said on Friday that the team which is composed of 39 persons will be deployed for 60 days as a minimum, as from the 7th of March.
It is decided that the team will help the local authorities to consolidate security through the presidential elections due to be held in April and also after the elections.
