Six Kuwaitis held in Guantanamo

The Kuwaiti minister of the Interior Sheikh Muhammad al-Khaled al-Sabah has stressed that there are 6 Kuwaitis among the Afghans who are held in the American base of Guantanamo in Cuba. In a statement issued on Friday in the Saudi daily Okaz, the Kuwaiti minister said that contacts continue to know about the situation of those detainees.
The Kuwaiti minister indicated continued coordination between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia concerning prisoners from the two countries in Guantanamo.
