Al-Qaddafi and the White Book

Libyan President Muaammar al-Qaddafi will today disclose the content of his special proposal relating to solving the Palestinian problem he had debated in a secret session for the recent Arab summit held in Amman.
The Libyan News agency said that al-Qaddafi will delivere a comprehensive speech on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of announcing people's authority and the " birth of the Libyan republic," in which he will give a summary of what he called by the agency the "White Book" including his said suggestion.
