Al-Assad issues four decrees ratifying Arab, international cooperation agreements

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has ratified law no. 17 for 2002 provided for the ratification of amending article 69 of al-Riyadh agreement on judicial cooperation among the member states of the Arab league, ratified in Syria, so as it will be stated as approved by the council of the Arab ministers of justice.

The President issued decrees nos. 18, 19 and 20 for 2002. Decree no 18 states to ratify the agreement of the framework co-operation for development signed between Syria and al-Agha Khan for development. Decree no. 19 stated to ratify the agreement signed between Syria and Cuba to organize air transport between their two districts, while decree no 20 states to ratify the agreement on technical, scientific and economic cooperation signed between Syria and Romania.
