New Palestinian operation against Israeli settlers

The Palestinian citizen Muhammad al-Hayek ( 43 year old) was shot by Israeli bullets along and his father and pregnant wife were strongly wounded, while all of them were taken to a hospital in the surrounding of al-Hawarra town which is close to Nablus.
News reports said that a soldier at one of the Israeli check-points opened fire at the car and the wounded the wife who was at the point of giving birth.
Another Palestinian women was shot by the Israeli bullets in Toulkarem when Israeli soldiers at one of check points opened fire at her under the pretext that she was carrying a knife and she had attacked one of the soldiers. The identity of the woman was not disclosed yet.
The Israeli tanks opened its heavy shells fire at Ballouck camp in Rafah and as a result the two children Misbaha Muwafi ( 13 year old) and kamel Abu Jazer ( 10 year old) were strongly wounded.
Meantime, the Israeli forces launched a vast detention campaign in Jayous village in the district of Toulkarem, while the Israeli authorities said it has crystallized some 17 new settlement projects in the east of Jerusalem that will contain 1500 settlement units.
Meantime, the Israeli daily Haartez said that the municipality of Jerusalem will ratify other 35 projects in 2003 to include 4000 settlement units in the city of Jerusalem.
In retaliation to the Israeli oppression, Palestinians attacked an Israeli car near Karmel settlement to the south of Hebron and two settlers were wounded as a result. Two other settlers were killed and a third was wounded in an operation carried out by the Palestinian Intifada youths near Bethlehem on the road linking between Nokdim and Takkou' settlements.
Al-Aqsa martyrs groups claimed responsibility for this operation and called for continued Intifada against the occupation until victory is achieved. This was expressed in a march organized in Rafah in memory of the Palestinian Intifada "martyrs." Meantime, 10 Israeli settlers were wounded at least, 6 of them in a grave condition as a result of a suicide operation carried out by two Palestinian at a coach station at the outskirts of Jerusalem. One of the two attackers was killed while the second was able to flee away from the site of the explosion.
Several Israeli sides said that among the wounded are three members of the Israeli police and that the Israeli forces are searching for the second Palestinian attackers who fled away.
The Palestinian Intifada youth also attacked by shells and mortars a check- point for the Israeli forces near Geilo settlement and other Palestinians confronted the Israeli forces near Karmen settlement in Hebron where strong clashes took place resulted in wounding several settlers, Palestinians also detonated several explosions in israeli patrols in Toulkarem, Hebron and Jerusalem areas.
