Al-Qaddafi, for restoring stability in Madagascar

Libyan President Muaammar al-Qaddafi has discussed with Dede Rasheraka, President of the Republic of Madagascar necessary steps to restore back stability to Madagascar.
During a telephone call between them on Sunday evening, Libya's President expressed his conviction that resorting to peaceful means and avoiding violence are the best solutions to eliminate the current crisis in this country.
Last Friday Madagascar declared the state of emergency because of the continued demonstration after the governor of the capital Tananarev declared himself as the head of state.
