Exchange of experiences among Euro-Mediterranean employer organisations

UNIMED Business Network will hold its 6th training seminar on 27 and 28 February in Istanbul, Turkey.
The seminar, which is organised with the support of the Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen?s Association, will focus on "Promoting Innovation and Technology Transfer."
Its overall objective is to enable an exchange of experiences among Euro-Mediterranean employer organisations, which should lead to identifying best practices. Two main issues will be addressed in as many workshops ("SMEs clusters and networks as factors of growth and innovation the role of business associations," and "What can business associations do in order to promote technology transfer to Mediterranean partner countries?").
The seminar takes place just before the Fifth Euro-Mediterranean Business Summit, to be held on 1 and 2 March also in Istanbul. UNIMED Business Network is a regional project managed by the Union of Industrial and Employers' Confederations of Europe (UNICE) and supported by the European Commission under MEDA.
