Israeli sources lifting siege imposed on Arafat
Palestine-Israel, Politics, 2/23/2002

Sources at the court of the Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon expected that Israel will take a decision permitting the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat to leave Ramullah, after he arrested the executors of the assassination operation of the former Israeli minister of tourism Rahbaam Zaefi.

Meantime, the Israeli radio quoted a political source close to the Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon on Friday that final details relating to the meeting to be held between the Israeli prime minister and Palestinian figures have not been defined yet.
