CIA official: Libya is not behind the Lockerbie incident

Robert Pierre, the former official at the CIA and one of who participated in the investigations against Lockerbie incident said that he has clear evidences that Libya was not behind the Lockerbie incident despite the fact that the Libyan Abdul Baset Miqrahi was convicted by the court as being involved in this case.
In an interview with the British paper Sunday Heralds, Pierre said that the CIA has clear evidences on the actual executors to those who downed the American plane over Lockerbie.
