Palestine-Israel, Politics, 2/21/2002
The Israeli foreign minister Shimon Peres has admitted the mistake committed by Israel in not giving the Palestinians their independence, immediately.
News reports quoted Peres as saying in an interview issued by the Spanish daily Almondo on Wednesday that the mistake in the Israeli- Palestinian negotiations in Oslo was on that the Palestinians were not given their independence immediately.
