Cairo welcomes statements made by Saudi crown prince over ME issue

Egypt has welcomed statements made by the Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz in which he stressed continued Israeli occupation of the Arab territories obstructs the possibility of normalizing his country's relations with Israel.
The Egyptian foreign minister Ahmad Maher stressed in a statement he made in Cairo on Wednesday that statements made by the Saudi crown prince fall in the course of the efforts made by Saudi Arabia to support the just and legitimate Arab rights.
Maher said that as far as it is evident that the essence of the problem in the Middle East is Israel's occupation of the Arab territories, its pullout means the end of the problem.
