Egyptian diplomat calls for releasing sailors arrested by Israel

The Egyptian charge de affairs in Israel Eyhab al-Sharif has called on the Israeli government to release the 8 Egyptian sailors who were arrested on the board of the Ship Karine A after facts have been clarified and found out they are innocent.
During his meeting on Monday with member of the Israeli Knesset Ayoub al-Qarra and with a representative for the Israeli ministry of the internal security, al-Sharif stressed the need of the return back of the 8 detainees to Egypt before Eid al-Adha.
