Arafat's price to attend the Arab summit

The Lebanese daily al-Safir issued on Monday said that an official Lebanese high ranking source expressed fears that the price for Israel's releasing of Yasser Arafat and Israel permitting him to attend the Arab summit will be the issuance of stances by this summit that will be less than the required Arab minimum level.

The pressures expected to come from Israel on Arafat include the possibility of not allowing him to return to the occupied territories.
