King Mohammed congratulates Bahrain's king over constitutional proclamation

Morocco's King Mohammed VI congratulated Sheikh Hamad Ben Aissa Al-Khalif, King of Bahrain over the proclamation by his country of a constitutional monarchy.
The king termed the proclamation a historic day, marking the beginning of a new era founded on constitutional monarchy and the consolidation of democracy.
King Mohammed VI lauded the excellent ties binding Morocco and Bahrain, saying these relations are the basis for joint action to serve solidarity between the two states and among the Arab and Islamic nation at large.
