Nuseiba discloses an Israeli- Palestinian agreement

The Palestinian official in charge of the file of Jerusalem in the Palestinian Authority Serri Nuseibah has unveiled in a statement to the Kuwaiti daily al-Seyassah issued on Monday that points of an agreement between the Israelis and the Palestinians have become ready and are waiting to be signed.
Nuseibah stressed that the elements of the agreement includes the following points:
1.Terminating the Palestinian- Israeli conflict on the ground of founding two states;
2.Ending the occupation of the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967 according to UN Security Council resolutions 242 and 338 and the agreement to ensure later East Jerusalem as part of the Palestinian state and a capital for it;
3.Guaranteeing a just and fair solution to the question of the Palestinian refugees;
4.Guaranteeing the security of Israel.
Nuseibah indicated that all points of differences relating to the settlements, waters, the borders, the international crossings between the independent Palestinian state on the one hand and each of Jordan, Egypt and Israel, on the other hand are on their way to be solved.
Nuseibah continued that it was initially agreed in Taba and Camp David solutions for all points of differences.
He stressed that the American, Arab and Palestinian efforts are currently concentrating on restoring back calm and returning back to the situation that used to be before the uprising.
Nuseibah said that a dialogue with Sharon is still easier than a dialogue with the current national coalition government with which it is difficult to maintain peace. He said that Arafat is an "elected President" that can not be ignored in any coming peace negotiations.
