Fischer meets with Israeli officials

The German foreign minister Yushka Fischer on Friday in Tel Aviv met with the Israeli minister without portfolio Dan Miridor and discussed with him developments in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Israeli radio said that Fischer would have met later in the day with the former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak and with the foreign minister Shimon Peres.
The Israeli radio said that Fischer will head today to Ramullah to meet with the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat.
