A statement released on Wednesday by the higher Saudi Judicial council said that it was proved, by the testimony of witnesses in various places of Saudi Arabia that "Zee al-Hija month for this year started on Wednesday, February 13, noting that therefore the " standing of pilgrims on Arafeh mount " will be on Thursday, 9th of Zee al-Hija, which falls as February 21 and then Eid al-Adha will be on Friday.
