Libya's Kaddafi sends message to King Mohammed

Libyan President Moammar Kaddafi sent a written message to Morocco's King Mohammed VI.
The message was handed Thursday to Moroccan secretary of state for foreign affairs and cooperation, Taieb Fassi Fihri, by Abdeslam Triki, secretary of the general popular committee for African Unity of the Libyan Grand Arab Jamahirya.
