Jordan's exports and imports

A Jordanian economic publication has stated that Jordan's exports to Syria in 2001 reached 25.6 million Jordanian Dinars while its imports from Syria reached 46.5 million Dinars..
The publication said that Jordan's exports to the Arab states scored during the same period a growth of 21 % to reach a value of 544 million Jordanian Dinars and the Iraqi markets occupied the first rank followed respectively by Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon.
As for Jordan's imports, the publication said that it had in 2001 an increase at 6% and the imports from the Arab states increased by 24% and Iraq ranked first among the Arab states from which imports came followed by Saudi Arabia and Syria.
