Al-Shara heads for Istanbul

The Syrian foreign minister Farouk al-Shara on Monday left Damascus for Istanbul leading the Syrian delegation to the meetings of the joint forum of the Organization of the Islamic Conference and the European Union for dialogue of civilization which will start deliberations today at the level of the foreign ministers.
On the sideline of meetings of the forum, al-Shara will be meeting with several foreign ministers of Arab, Islamic and European foreign ministers taking part in the forum. Later in the day al-Shara arrived in Istanbul.
