Qatar, Oman sign tourism agreement

Qatar and Oman have signed in conclusion of the meeting of their joint committee in Qatar an agreement provided for unifying tourism visas offered by each of the two states to foreigners.
News reports said that the agreement signed to this effect aims at reactivating the tourism sector in the two states to find out other resources that alleviate the dependence of their economies on oil.
On Sunday, the Qatari- Omani joint committee concluded meetings of its 7th session which was held under the chairmanship of the Omani minister of housing, electricity and the waters and Qatar's minister of energy and electricity Abddullah Bin Hamad al-Ateyah.
