Swedish Official Lauds Morocco's Pledge to Consolidate Democracy

Swedish minister of democracy and civil service, Britta Lejon, lauded Morocco's pledge to consolidate the ongoing democratization process.
Morocco has no alternative but to consolidate the democratization process under way, Lejon told the press over the weekend in Rabat.
Britta Lejon voiced admiration for Morocco's democratic experience and the big strides covered in matters of democracy and human rights, she also insisted on the paramount importance of the schooling of young girls in Morocco.
The Swedish official had met Moroccan minister of human rights, Mohamed Aujjar over the Moroccan democratic experience and progress made in the field, as well as Morocco's relations with the European Union.
The Swedish minister also lauded the projects initiated by the Moroccan Human Rights Ministry to introduce human rights in schools syllabi.
