Tangiers Hosts 1st Mediterranean Tourism Forum in May

The association of Mediterranean chambers of commerce and industry is holding next May the 1st Mediterranean tourism forum to promote regional complementarity and partnership in tourism.
Organizers said at a press conference the encounter will bring together tour operators from the Mediterranean to establish cooperation ties and exchange services and expertise. Works will be focus on various aspects related to tourism, mainly hotels and other accommodation facilities, air, sea and land transport, leisure and sports activities, training and the role of banking institution in financing tourism projects.
The forum will also debate the role of chambers of commerce and industry in ensuring a sustained development of tourism in the Mediterranean basin.
